What Is the 25-Hour Membership Plan?

25 hours of boat time, good for two years from the day you sign up. Book any East Coast Club for as little as two hours, up to eight per outing. It's the right pick if you travel a lot, you're easing into boating, or you just want a low-commitment way in. Reach out for current pricing.

What Is the 50-Hour Membership Plan?

Same setup as the 25-Hour Plan, with double the time. You get 50 hours valid for two years, and bookings still run two to eight hours per outing at any Gulf Stream Boat Club East Coast location. It's the natural step up for boaters who already know they'll want more time on the water around Hillsboro Inlet and along the Intracoastal.

What Is the 6-Month Unlimited Membership Plan?

Unlimited boat time for six months. Reserve at any East Coast Club, two to eight hours per outing, as many outings a week as you can fit in. Seasonal residents tend to favor this one for the months they're in Lighthouse Point. Get in touch when you're ready to set your start date.

What Is the 12-Month Unlimited Membership Plan?

A full year of unlimited boating. You can reserve at any Club, two to eight hours at a time, as often as the calendar allows. This is the plan most avid boaters land on once they've decided cruising the Intracoastal and running offshore is part of their everyday routine.

What Is the GBC Reserve Plan?

Unlimited boating with no end date. The plan keeps going until you decide to cancel, with 60 days' notice. Same booking window as the other plans: two to eight hours per outing at any Gulf Stream Boat Club. For people who want the water available whenever they want it, this is the best value we offer, and it skips every part of private ownership you'd rather not deal with.

Is a Boat Club Worth It Compared to Owning a Boat in Lighthouse Point?

After orientation, members plus their immediate family or partners over 25 are cleared to drive. Refresher lessons are available any time you want one.

Can I Hire a Captain or Bring Guests on My Booking?

Yes, on both counts. Captains are licensed USCG professionals available for any booking at an added hourly rate; we ask for seven days' notice so we can confirm availability. Bringing guests is built into the Club, with most boats seating eight to 10 passengers. When you book, tell Member Services your group size and we'll line up the right boat.

What Are the Boat Club Hours and How Far Ahead Can I Book?

Doors open at 8 a.m. and boats are due back by 5:30 p.m., with a two-hour minimum and eight-hour cap per outing. Boats need to be back at the dock by sunset. You can book up to 90 days out, with up to four active reservations on the calendar at a time.

What Does a Gulf Stream Boat Club Membership Include and What Fees Apply?

A lot more than the keys. Your plan covers the full lineup of Yamaha-powered boats, routine maintenance, cleaning, slip storage, insurance on the vessels, your new member orientation, and complimentary lessons for family members who want to learn. Member Services is also a resource for route ideas, sandbars, and dockside dining tips. Fuel is the only per-outing cost on a typical day, and optional extras like a hired captain are billed separately.
